01. The beauty of coming together
There is something powerful about sitting in circle with other women and mothers. A space where you can feel seen, heard and understood, simply by being in the company of others who share this journey.
02. Come exactly as you are
No need to hold it all together, put on a brave face or wear any masks. You don't need to be anything other than yourself. There is room for all of you here — just as you are, in this moment.
03. No expectations, no pressure
These sessions are not about achieving, fixing or having everything figured out. There is nothing you need to do, say or be. Simply come, settle in and take what you need from the experience.

Whether you choose to share your story or simply sit and listen, your presence matters. Together, we create a gentle, supportive space where every woman is welcome, every voice is valued and every experience is held with care.
A few things you might be wondering…
What should I bring?
Please bring a yoga or exercise mat, a cushion, a cosy blanket and some water. Anything else that helps you feel comfortable and settled is welcome too.
Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all. There is no experience needed, and no preparation required. Everything offered during the session is an invitation, never an expectation. Simply come as you are.
Can I ask questions during the session?
Of course! There will be time to chat and ask questions outside of our circle time. Once we come together in circle, we invite one woman to speak at a time, while the rest of us practise the beautiful art of listening without interruption or judgement.
Are tickets refundable?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. Our circles are intentionally kept small to create an intimate and supportive environment, and the venue costs remain the same regardless of attendance. Thank you for understanding and honouring your commitment to the space.
