THE WOMAN BEHIND OMAMA
Hello, I'm Eva.
I'm a midwife, yoga teacher and mother, with a deep belief that women deserve to feel informed, supported and connected to their own wisdom throughout pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
After years working across NHS maternity services, and experiencing the profound changes of motherhood myself, I came to understand that preparing for birth is only one part of a much bigger journey.
My own postpartum experience deepened my connection to yoga, movement and nervous system practices, and inspired me to create something that supports the whole woman.
OMAMA was born from that belief — a space where knowledge meets intuition, and where women are supported through every stage of becoming a mother.
WHY OMAMA EXISTS
You were never meant to do this alone.
Becoming a mother can be beautiful, challenging and full of change. And while every woman's journey is different, no one should have to navigate it without support.
We believe that knowledge builds confidence, connection brings reassurance, and every woman deserves the space to listen to her body and make choices that feel right for her.
OMAMA exists to bring these things together — a place to learn, move, connect and feel supported as you become the mother you're becoming.
KIND WORDS
Words from women I've supported.
Every woman's journey is different. Here are a few reflections from women who have experienced Eva's support, teaching and guidance.
“I felt much more empowered and excited about birth and motherhood following my sessions with Eva!
I felt I had a really good understanding of all my birthing options and what to expect, I went into my birth equipped with knowledge, confidence and practical tools to help manage labour.”
Annabel, First-Time Mother“I felt so knowledgeable about how my experience the second time around was going to be! My thoughts and feelings had definitely changed, I was no longer apprehensive about it and I knew it was all going to work out and be amazing! I had a much more positive attitude towards it which made it exciting, not daunting.”
Aimée, Second-Time Mother“I practised yoga with OMAMA in my third trimester and it was much needed!
It really helped me to loosen up and I felt really calm and grounded afterwards. It also gave me ideas of different positions to use during labour & birth.”
Bex, First-Time Mother
